We are to desire spiritual gifts, especially that we may prophesy as prophesies teach, encourage and comfort others. In fact, we are all meant to be able to prophesy! A prophecy can be demonstrated in words or actions but it has to come by divine revelation and it does not come by logical reasoning or conclusion. One of the greatest oral prophecies was when God spoke through Isaiah about the coming of Christ by a virgin birth. It was such impossibility, yet it was fulfilled! This is the nature of prophecy. With prophetic actions, God instructs the symbolic gestures to be enacted and the expectations from those gestures to be announced. When Elisha threw salt into the water, he declared the end of death and barrenness to the land. After Jesus put mud on the blind man’s eye, He commanded that the blind man wash his eyes in the pool of Siloam and thus was healed! God is still moving in prophetic words and actions today! Praise God! Hallelujah!

She was dressed in a cream or beige shirt with long matching trousers. She wore work shoes or boots and looked almost like a security guard, ready to pounce or haul out anyone that is out-of-line in a crowd of people. She had blonde hair, tied up in a neat pony tail and a side-swiped fringe. And as tough and impressive a figure as she cut, you could still see the lovely features of her face - her eyes, nose and lips were very comely. It seemed, in a distant past, she was once as how Solomon might describe his beloved; one who is fairest amongst women, beautiful and pleasant. It seemed she was once kind but now hardened. But what struck me most unusual, about the vision of this women, was that she had a dark moustache! How strange I thought to myself, who could this be? A voice said, 'The bride of Christ today' and instantly I understood. This is the state of the church today, a woman not in her bridal whites of lace or delicate fabric but of a starched uniform in an ugly shade of what might look white from a distance. She wears the pants in the marriage and wants to be in control instead of allowing Christ the groom, to lead. I realise the dark moustache is actually a fake moustache, a symbol of authority that is put on to appear fierce and in-charge instead of having the true authority from Christ that is powerful yet merciful and gracious. Today, instead of hearing and obeying Christ, keeping His ways, manifesting His powers and entering into His holiness we in church follow stiff boundaries, keeping to committees and programmes without any demonstration of the Holy Spirit. Today, God is saying that women are looking and becoming more like men, not recognising their husbands as the head. All these are not the bride God intends for His groom. Awake, my bride today! Come away from all your plans, ambitions and manipulations, shed away your stiffness, listen, obey and let me lead!  Thursday, February 18th 2021

When you erred, you sacrificed the blood of an innocent animal to atone your sins but you kept on erring & kept on sacrificing, asking for My mercy but showing no mercy to others. Can I forgive you if you do not forgive others? Even lame & blind animals were sacrificed to Me; what reverence you have for your God and Maker! The scent of your burnt offerings stopped being a sweet savour to Me a long time ago.' 'Yet I still Iove you; My creation made in my image that I breathed My soul into. I so desire still to be with you like in the beginning in the garden. Thus I sacrificed My only son, undefiled & blameless to bear every one of your filthy sins once & for all. At last, a true & acceptable sacrifice, the sweetest scent; worthy for an atonement to Me for your sins. Now that His blood has remitted your sins yet you continue to sleep with the world. You know of the idols of this world more than you know My statutes. You love violence so much you enjoy watching it unfold before your eyes. You speak lies with your deceitful tongue & use uneven weights to judge. Even the prophets teach & divine for money. All of this I am still overlooking, reserving My grace & mercy for those that love Me & keep My commandments but not those who use My son as atonement yet continue in the swill of filth.' Even My beloved David was told that if his children forsake Me, I will visit their transgressions. Katrina Dexter, Derby England ---------------------------------------- The word of the Lord came to me saying: Oh how my children love to worship me! They love to come together to sing and dance! They come together to make their music and play their instruments! They come together to clap, to shout, to rejoice! They love to loudly declare and proclaim and heap blessings upon blessings upon blessings upon themselves when they continue to heap iniquities upon iniquities upon iniquities on themselves! They are foolish children; they know not how to worship me. They are unrighteous children and their weights are imbalanced. They love to keep more weights for themselves and so they are stumbling blocks to themselves by their own unrighteousness. They know not that their cup of iniquities is filling up; drop by drop by drop, deed by deed by deed, word by word by word. Where are those who fear me? Where are those who love me? Where are those who worship me in the spirit? Where are those who fall on their face to worship me? They only sing and dance and think they are worshipping me. They sing and dance in the flesh, to fulfill the lusts of their own flesh. They love to enjoy themselves in my church but all this and all these children give me no enjoyment. They are but all a bitter taste and a foolishness to me. There is no reverence for me in my bride but instead there is revelry and a rejoicing for themselves in my church, among my children. How long more do you think I will accept this? You come together to feed yourselves, you come together to comfort each other and comfort yourselves. ‘Oh the Lord blesses me’ you say. ‘Oh the Lord blesses and multiplies you’, the prophets say. I tell you the words of the prophets do not come to pass after months, even after years but you still cannot see that I never gave those words for you to the prophets. You see no blessings upon your life. You see nothing has changed in your lives after the prophets have spoken yet you continue to follow the prophets. You do not follow me. You know the prophets. You do not know me. You love the prophets. You do not love me. You are foolish children. You have turned my church into a temple; a place to seek your own solace and seek blessings for yourselves, a place to fulfill your own desires. You give so that you may get something in return. You give not out of the abundance of your hearts. Have I not said from the beginning that if you will obey me and keep my ways, I will bless you? Do you not hear those words? The prophets cannot bless you and the church cannot bless you. Only I can bless you. Do you hear? Only I can bless you. But do you listen? Are you listening? Generation after generation after generation you continue to be stiff-necked people. I grow weary of this. I grow weary of your stubbornness and your foolishness. Listen, my foolish children! Turn away from unrighteousness; clean your hands. Have you not heard I cannot bless those whose hands are not clean? Cleanse your hands and repent from your unrighteous ways. Turn away from the prophets who speak nothing but blessings to you. Turn to me. Learn my ways and keep my ways and I will tell you what you must do and I will bless you. Only I can bless you. This lady came forward for prayer for her hearing. When Kevin starts praying for her, the unclean spirits within her starts to manifest as her hands shake almost uncontrollably.
In the spirit, Kevin saw corks stuck in her ears, stopping her from hearing. He pulled the corks out prophetically and her hands stop shaking. Kevin knew that the corks were out and so he then clicked his fingers to test her hearing. Almost immediately, she realises that she is now able to hear! Praise God! Glory to God! What Kevin did, lead by the Holy Spirit, was to carry out a prophetic action. A prophetic action is a seemingly senseless but symbolic movement that brings forth an outcome that corresponds with the movement. Pulling out the corks in the spirit symbolically unplugged her ears, enabling her to hear in reality. When Elisha told the King of Israel to shoot an arrow out of the window, the act of shooting the arrow served no actual purpose but it prophesied symbolically that the King of Israel would conquer Syria in Aphek (2 Kings 13:17). When Jesus saw the man blind from birth, he made clay with his spit and pasted it on the man’s eyes (John 9:6). He then told the blind man to go wash his eyes. When he did, he was able to see! The water that washed the eyes did not contain any special powers, it was what the prophetic actions represented in the spiritual realm and manifested in reality that enabled his sight to be restored. When Moses parted the red sea, he was told to lift up the rod that God gave him and make like he was dividing the sea with the rod (Exodus 14:16). This caused the sea to part. Imagine how silly and comical Moses must have looked waving a rod in the air to make a parting motion! This is where God uses the foolish to confound the wise (1 Corinthians 1:27) and where child-like faith and humility comes in (Mark 10:15). Unless we are willing to be as children who believe easily, we will struggle to enter and experience the kingdom of God. Jesus said ‘The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent and believe the gospel’ (Mark 1:15) Verse Reference : 2 Kings 13:17 And he said, Open the window eastward. Friday, January 3rd Elaine Dexter, Derby England ---------------------------------------- The Lord gave me a vision for church leaders. In the vision, I saw a stage. In the middle of the stage was a fridge full of food. Standing in front of the fridge stood two church leaders. They were dressed in dinner suits. The male leader was wearing a white shirt, black jacket and a bow tie while the female leader was wearing a long black dress with a mandarin collar. The collar was shiny with diamonds all over it. They both looked very grand, much like entertainers or celebrities. The leaders were juggling the apples with each other. They were juggling extremely fast and it was exciting to watch. At first they were throwing the apples to each other in a straight line then they suddenly started to throw the apples at the audience. I asked the Lord what this vision meant. The Lord then showed me a mechanical torchlight, one of those that don’t require batteries. The torch was lighted up with electricity generated by hand motion. The faster the hand motion, the more power it produced to charge up the torchlight. The Lord showed me that instead of using God’s power, the church leaders were manually being charged up and feeding the audience in their own strength. The audience were in the dark and it was a matter of a hit or miss as to whether they received an apple that was being thrown at them. The Lord is saying that church leaders are putting on the best show in town whilst their congregation is not being fed. The real food is in the fridge, kept in the cold. Today's congregation is being entertained and the leaders are getting burnt out. The Lord is saying that many church leaders are running on their own strength instead of relying on His strength and are not feeding their flock. In the model of the first church, the twelve disciples saw that they needed to give themselves continually to prayer and to the ministry of the word (Acts 6:4), just as Jesus did. Because a disciple is not above his teacher and everyone who is perfectly trained will be like his teacher, church leaders need to be more like Jesus otherwise they will be like the blind leading the blind and both will fall into the ditch. (Luke 6:39-40) Church leaders need to give priority to prayer with God, to hear Him and to give less priority to programmes and meetings and works that are in their own strengths. We are urged to ‘pray without ceasing’ (1 Thessalonians 5:17). Jesus prayed at his baptism (Luke 3:21). He prayed after healing people (Luke 5:16) and he prayed all night before choosing his disciples (Luke 6:12). He prayed before he walked on water (Matthew 14:23) and he prayed before he raised Lazarus from the dead (John 11:41). Jesus was constantly in prayer with God. Prayer must be a priority in the lives of church leaders. Much of Jesus’ ministry was teaching the word of God. Before Jesus left, he affirmed to Peter three times that if Peter did love him, he was to feed His sheep (John 21:16-17). If church leaders today love Jesus, they must also focus on feeding their flock the true word of God. The focus should not be on how many people are being bought into the church or how to keep the flock entertained but should be about feeding the ones that are there real food. I leave you with a final word; that church leaders are overseers and will be held to greater accountability because Jesus paid a tremendous price for all of us. ---------------------------------------- Therefore take heed to yourselves and to all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God which He purchased with His own blood. I get a lot of people asking me for prayer for family members, either for healing or to know Jesus. A while back, I used to continually pray for my brother to know Jesus. Sounds great, but I was doing it religiously, until one night the Lord spoke to me in a dream and showed me a series of events that was going to unfold in my brother’s life which were ultimately going to bring him to an encounter with Jesus – amen! – and thus gave me peace knowing and believing full well that he was in the Lord’s hands. So rather than keep praying religiously, I declared agreement with what I’d received and believe by faith that which the Lord has shown, because His purposes are brought about by faith. So now, when people ask me for prayer on behalf of others, I ask the Lord to give them something that they can claim by faith. Below are a couple of testimonies from people whom I’ve prayed for in this circumstance sharing what the Lord showed them.
 We invited Kev to minister at our Speakers of Life meeting (2-4 Dec 2016). He began by giving us a host of stories on how Holy Spirit led him to see healings and deliverances. During the meeting everyone started to smell burning, I had to go and check outside to see if anything was on fire, but the aroma of burning was just in our meeting room!
Towards the end of the meeting, he turned to a woman sitting on his right and spoke a word of knowledge to her about her spiritual gifts, that she had birthed something that she was involved with pastorally, which she confirmed to be true. He then told her that when she prayed, he knew that she received many pictures because he’d been shown that there was a prophetic gift inside her that needed to come out! He then asked who had the pain in their left eye? And another lady stated that was her! So he asked the first lady to lay a hand on the lady with the eye problem while he prayed and that if she could deliver what God was going to give her as he prayed, to which the lady looked very nervous. Well after he prayed the eye was healed and amazingly the first lady started describing pictures over the now healed lady supporting the words given by Kev, then he continued this format as we progressed the meeting, encouraging the first lady to move out into her prophetic gifting. Another woman asked for prayer, she came because she’d felt so far away from Father God. She wanted confirmation that he was still interested in her! Kev imparted and told her that she had a pastoral gift inside her that she needed to allow the Holy Spirit to bring out, and the woman received a vision of a crown, and the lady who was now moving in her prophetic gift confirmed this with great words and actually describing the same crown! Then the woman being prayed for received the sensation of an actual crown pressing down on her head! So here I am watching ministry where the evangelist was imparting various gifts and ministering healing, while at the same time, encouraging others to grow in their gifts allowing the flow of the Holy Spirit to confirm the truths in signs and wonders to the recipients. He encouraged everyone that we are all qualified to minister, Jesus paid the price for us to become His righteousness and qualified everyone to minister by Him. Another woman asked for prayer, who was not well at all, she had a pain in her neck and had previously been to hospital and placed on a special food diet. Kev looked at her and said that he saw an African water spirit and he rebuked it in Jesus name, and the unclean spirit manifested making a lot of noise, then she rose up out of her chair and fell forward, face down on the floor convulsing, then let out a loud scream before returning to a calm state. Everyone at our meeting was touched and witnessed God move, one of our best meetings we’ve ever had - Fred Rudkin, Barnard Castle, UK I had a dream about my brother once in 2016, I love him dearly, but sadly he converted to a religious cult 10 years ago and in my opinion it’s wrecked his life but he just cant see it for himself. Conversations turned into heated arguments and through complications with his ex-wives, we are at the point where we can no longer even speak. In the dream, he was sailing on a boat in the ocean and there was a boat full of bad men drifting at the side of him encouraging him to go further out to sea. He ended up so far out into the ocean that the bad men that had been leading him astray ended up drifting away from him. He became isolated, just floating in the vastness of the ocean, still determined to do it “his way.” Eventually his boat started to sink and he climbed up to the top of the mast, his face fixed on his course, even though the whole boat was going under! Then all of a suddenly as I blinked, I was still in the dream but I was now sitting with my brother in an old pub, in a seaport town, a little like Whitby. We were chatting and laughing together as in the old times we had together, he was completely his old self. I walked outside the pub to get some fresh air and noticed a “drunken fisherman” rowing a boat into the harbour. I turned to a stranger at the side of me and said, “I just don’t know how that man can row a boat in that state!” the man replied, “That fisherman just saved your brother.” I shouted down to the drunken fisherman and asked if I could buy him a drink? And then questioned myself if that was ok, because he looked so drunk! Then I woke up! Got the feeling that although I want him back and I want him to give his heart to Jesus, my only responsibility is to show him the way, but the but the Holy spirit filled “fisher of men”, is just waiting for my brother to run out of options. Really encouraging and encouraging for other people with loved ones who want their salvation and relationship with God, more than themselves do.
 During our home church meeting 15/3/2017, I was praying for Kev when he stopped me and said that although what I was saying was very nice, he was picking up that God was trying to share something particular with me, but I needed to tune in to God and allow Him to work through me by faith instead of trying to work for Him. So as I closed my eyes and tried to focus, which is difficult for me as I usually try to analyse and reason everything, I became still and felt the Holy Spirit come over me so strongly that I felt drunk with joy, and at one point it felt like someone had placed a finger upon my forehead, but as I opened my eyes nobody was touching me! At that moment, my mouth was filled with words for Kev about how God saw him. Then I felt a sensation on my left hand, which I can only describe as like wearing a glove of static electricity! And as I told everyone what I was feeling, Kev told me to place this hand upon another member of our home group, whose name was Karl, and to impart the anointing.
As I did, Karl could feel the same sensation come upon him. It was difficult to take it all in because I was so full of ecstatic joy, but then in the Spirit I described to everyone how I could see a red dot, which didn’t seem to make any sense and I thought that was it, and so I went to move on to the next person, when Kev took me by the arm and gently brought me back to Karl. He said that the gifts of the Spirit are to build up the body and encourage one another and laughed as he said that there was much more than just a red dot. So I placed my hand back upon Karl and the image of the red dot came back to me and, as I focused, the image expanded for me to see a yellow fluorescent vest with reflective bands on it and, as I described it, to my surprise Karl said that it was what he had to wear at work! And then I described how I was being shown a vision of Karl in his jacket praying in a warehouse with his head slightly bowed down and how his other work colleagues who observed him, thought he was down on himself, unaware that he was actually praying for them, to which Karl started laughing and said that’s exactly what he does. At that moment, I felt prompted to tell him that God sees all that he does, and then I moved on to pray for the next person and continued to deliver what the Holy Spirit was showing me to each person in turn, being confirmed by each one. In my whole life, I have never experienced anything like that before. I’m certainly going to try to stop listening to that inner voice of reason, by trying to analyse everything, and instead start to move out in faith - Alex Masters, Derby UK. |
