THE GOOD SEEDS OF THE SOWER

In Matthew 13:1-18, Jesus tells the #disciples a parable about a sower, how his seeds fall onto different places and the seeds die, wither, choke or grow. Then Jesus said 'Who hath ears to #hear, let him hear'. You see, not everyone has the ears to hear. To hear, one must pay attention. To hear, one cannot be stubborn. To hear, one must believe to have any effect on what we hear because we only act on the things that we believe in and do nothing when we don't believe. The disciples then asked Jesus why he spoke in parables and Jesus said that to those who are his disciples, will the #mysteries of the #kingdomofheaven be revealed! This means, to those who hearts are prepared to hear, who pay attention, who are not stubborn and who believe, will they experience the kingdom of heaven! You see, there will be those who hear and see who don't believe or understand but Jesus said #blessed are those who do believe because they will be healed! And such disciples will hear and see the things that many #prophets and righteous man desire to see! Someone may call himself a prophet or be a righteous man but have not enough heart or willingness to believe! And so here we have people who heard with their hearts, who were not stubborn and were willing to admit with #humility their problems before God. They believed and received their healing, a word or touch from God. From shoulder, back, wrist and knee pains to bondage from poverty, #sorrow, a broken heart and #rejection, hear and see the kingdom of heaven and joy experienced by these good seeds! #PraiseGod! Matthew 13:15-17 15 For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them. 16 But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear. 17 For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.

Living Testimony to the Power of Deliverance

While ministering with FGB Subang Jaya in 2018, we prayed for this young lady, such a blessing to see her turn up to the meeting at Cornerstone over a year later, in her words “to show me the difference!”. To see her now walking in the freedom in Christ, set free from the spiritual strongholds that we delivered her from. An honour to witness "the work of faith, labour of love and patience of hope in our Lord" (1Thes.1:3).

One lady who found out about the meeting was so determined that she was going to receive her healing from Jesus here, that she gathered a bus load of her friends and family and drove ten hours from the neighbouring country to get here! And during the meeting through prayer God completely healed her! Hallelujah! Much deliverance and many healing, praise God.

THE DOCTRINE OF JESUS CHRIST

When Jesus taught at the synagogue in Capernaum, a man had an unclean spirit that knew who #Jesus was and spoke. Jesus silenced the unclean spirit and commanded it to leave the man. The man convulsed, meaning he went into an involuntary motion before the unclean spirit cried out as it left his body. Everyone at the synagogue was amazed to witness not only an unclean spirit acknowledging Jesus but also Jesus commanding it to leave the man’s body and it did! People in those days knew and believed in unclean spirits. What was astonishing to them was not that there was an unclean spirit within the man but that Jesus had such authority, the unclean spirit obeyed Him! This was a new #doctrine to them! Today, many have difficulty believing in unclean spirits dwelling in our bodies causing us pains and troubles. Yet many can believe in the unseen spiritual powers of dead objects like talismans, idols or superstitious rituals. They believe in ghosts, visits from dead relatives or in mediums who communicate with spirits. Some also believe spiritual beings guard over them or give them guidance. Jesus said those #disciples who believe in Him will #castoutdemons and #healthesick in His name. He said many struggle to believe because of the hardness of their hearts (Mark 16:14-18) #PraiseGod these followers believe in Jesus’ words and the power and authority He has given to us to command unclean spirits to depart as we wrestle against spiritual powers (Eph 6:12). Many were relieved from their pains and troubles and experienced the joy of the Lord! #Hallelujah! #Mark 1:23-27 (#NKJV) 23 Now there was a man in their synagogue with an unclean spirit. And he cried out, 24 saying, “Let us alone! What have we to do with You, Jesus of Nazareth? Did You come to destroy us? I know who You are - the Holy One of God!” 25 But Jesus rebuked him, saying, “Be quiet, and come out of him!” 26 And when the unclean spirit had convulsed him and cried out with a loud voice, he came out of him. 27 Then they were all amazed, so that they questioned among themselves, saying, “What is this? What new doctrine is this? For with authority He commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey Him.”

ASK AND YOU SHALL RECEIVE

Probably one of most misunderstood teachings in the bible refers to asking and receiving. There are actually guiding principles and context in their application. Jesus told the disciples they could have anything they ask in His name to do even greater works than what He did so that God may be #glorified. As Jesus glorified God with His life (John 17:4), our lives and what we ask for must be for the works and glory of God. (John 14:12-14). Jesus also explained that when we are unfair and hypocritical towards our brothers and sisters, we cannot expect God to reward us. We are to be ourselves how we expect others to be for God to give us good things (Matt 7:1-12). God also cannot meet our desires when we hold un-forgiveness towards others. You see, God forgives us only if we forgive others and He can’t reward someone He cannot forgive (Mark 11:24-25). Jesus also told the disciples that 'whatsoever' they ask of God, He will give to them if they bear fruit (John 15:16). You see, when we ask God out of our fleshly desires, out of envy or out of our relationship with this world, we ask amiss and so we receive not (James 1:1-5). We are meant to separate ourselves from the world and not to be more embroiled with the things of this world (2 Cor 6:14-18). God does not give in to such requests. These are just a few of the many situations explained in the bible where we may not receive what we ask for. In this video, we see asking and receiving in operation. Kevin asks for God's healing, deliverance and impartation for the church body, doing the ‘greater works’ so that God may be glorified. And indeed people receive and give glory to God (Psalm 50:15) #Hallelujah #ThankyouJesus We also see that God meets Kevin's requests as he asks in faith, without wavering (James 1:6) Those who came forward for prayer, came before God in humility and therefore also receive God's grace upon them (1 Peter 5:5). John tells us that whatsoever we ask, we will receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight. (1 John 3:22) And Jesus also told the #disciples they should ask, so that their joy may be full (John 16:24). Have you asked?

Jesus came into our midst with signs & wonders

The early church didn't meet at religious buildings. After leaving prison, Peter turned up at Mary's house where people were #praying together (Acts 12:12) while Paul and Silas met up with the church at Lydia's house (Acts 16:40). Paul also preached in Priscilla and Aquila's house (Rom 16:5), preached in Nympha's house (Col 4:15) and met the #church gathered at Philemon's house (Phile 1:2). The word #church that we use today was translated from the Greek word #ekklesia, meaning an assembly or congregation. Over time, 'church' is now more commonly used to mean a building or a place and not to its actual meaning, a congregation of people. God doesn't call us to go to church but to be a church; to assemble as a body of believers and followers in #Christ. Church doesn't have to be the place we go to on a Sunday, church is really when we the believers and followers come together. As long as two or three are gathered together, #Jesus promises to be with us (Mat 18:20). We gather together to comfort each other (1 Thess 5:10) and to edify each other (1 Cor 14:12). God also gave all of us gifts to establish ourselves (Rom 1:11, 11:29) and to build up the body of Christ (1 Cor 12:12-31). We gather together to be unified in the faith and knowledge of Christ and to be as full of Christ or to be like Jesus as much possible (Eph 4:11-13) Now, Jesus says that when we follow Him and believe, the works that He does in our midst will bear witness to Him being real and the Son of God (John 10:25-27); that in His name, shall demons be cast out and by the laying of hands will the sick be healed (Mark 16:17-18). When Jesus is in our midst, the Lord will work with us and confirm the word through accompanying signs (Mark 16:20). In this home gathering, believers and followers experienced healing and deliverance or received an impartation. In this time of #lockdowns and restrictions, the place of the church being closed matters not. What matters is that we still continue to gather, in whatever sized-groups permitted in your country to encourage and edify each other as believers and followers in Christ to exercise our gifts and callings to build up the body of Christ.

GOD HEALS DEAFNESS BY PROPHETIC ACTION

This lady came forward for prayer for her hearing. When Kevin starts praying for her, the unclean spirits within her starts to manifest as her hands shake almost uncontrollably. In the spirit, Kevin saw corks stuck in her ears, stopping her from hearing. He pulled the corks out prophetically and her hands stop shaking. Kevin knew that the corks were out and so he then clicked his fingers to test her hearing. Almost immediately, she realises that she is now able to hear! #PraiseGod ! #GlorytoGod ! What Kevin did, lead by the #HolySpirit, was to carry out a prophetic action. A prophetic action is a seemingly senseless but symbolic movement that brings forth an outcome that corresponds with the movement. Pulling out the corks in the spirit symbolically unplugged her ears, enabling her to hear in reality. When Elisha told the King of Israel to shoot an arrow out of the window, the act of shooting the arrow served no actual purpose but it prophesied symbolically that the King of Israel would conquer Syria in Aphek (2 Kings 13:17). When #Jesus saw the man blind from birth, he made clay with his spit and pasted it on the man’s eyes (John 9:6). He then told the blind man to go wash his eyes. When he did, he was able to see! The water that washed the eyes did not contain any special powers, it was what the #prophetic actions represented and manifested in reality that enabled his sight to be restored. When Moses parted the red sea, he was told to lift up the rod that God gave him and make like he was dividing the sea with the rod (Exodus 14:16). This caused the sea to part. Imagine how silly and comical Moses must have looked waving a rod in the air to make a parting motion! This is where God uses the foolish to confound the wise (1 #Corinthians 1:27) and where child-like faith and humility comes in (Mark 10:15). Unless we are willing to be as children who believe easily, we will struggle to enter and experience the kingdom of God. Jesus said ‘The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent and believe the gospel’ (Mark 1:15)

FIRST STEPS TO GOD HEALING OSTEOARTHRITIS

This lady first turned up to the FGB Damansara Utama meeting and asked for prayer for her Osteoarthritis. She hobbled in with a walking stick and after prayer, she walked out without needing to use her stick, completely straightened and healed, amen! About a week later, she turned up to the meeting held at CKRM, PJ, hobbling in with her walking stick again because the Osteoarthritis had returned! She asked for prayer again and after prayer, she straightened up and became healed once again, hallelujah. A week later, I was very surprised when she turned up yet again, to the meeting held at Cornerstone International Church, PJ. She said that the Osteoarthritis had returned again, causing her more discomfort. To my amazement she publicly shared that during these few weeks of her healing and relapsing, the Lord had shown her that a particular sin in her life had been causing the sickness to return! She openly shared with the congregation that she had now dealt with the sin and is expecting a 'complete' healing for God! John.5:14 “See, you have been made well. Sin no more, lest a worse thing come upon you.” And so after humbly repenting and addressing the issue, she came a third time. It was a most difficult place to get to for her, as she couldn't find the lift and had to struggle to climb three flights of stairs to get to the meeting, but by the grace and mercy of God as He completely healed her, praise God. And she also retained her healing as she had transformed her lifestyle, amen. The First Lady in the video testified to over 20 years of grief healed!! One lady testified to wanting to come to the meeting rather than her doctors! Amazing day, all glory and praise to our God. MAN CARRIED INTO THE MEETING AND WALKED OUT HEALED!

Video from the FGB SS2/ Yee Buttons 21/12/2018, Admin report - This man fell and fractured 2 sides of his skull and underwent brain surgery. The son heard of the meeting and went to get his father from the nursing home to the meeting. He was very weak, forlorn, sullen and doubled over when his son and friends carried him up 2 flight of stairs to the meeting. He can only understand Cantonese. He walked very slowly, doubled over, weakened by the fall & surgery. We put him on a chair and he was sliding down it and his legs had little or no strength and was held up by his son. Kevin anointed him with oil and prayed. He later got up and could walk up sprightly to the surprise of his son. His face countenance changed and sat up a long time in the meeting quietly watching the altar without fuss and alert ; to the surprise of many of us including his son. Praise God for his mercy.

GREAT DELIVERANCE TESTIMONY FROM MALAYSIA

ADMIN REPORT: Kevin Dexter's Meetings in Malaysia - 2018 This Pastor came for prayers to get an impartation but instead got what he least expected. He had met Kevin the year before and was inspired to keep coming to his meetings this year. In these meetings, he was so convicted to get right with God, he confessed his secret sins and his rebellion towards God. As he watched others being delivered at the altar, he boldly stepped up to Kevin to ask for prayers. He confessed he gave his life to Satan and was involved before in all kinds of occult activities, necromancy, geomancy, spiritism, soothsaying and clairvoyance including eating food offered to idols. Kevin prayed for him. He manifested but the demons would not come out of him. He had a Chinese dragon and was hissing all the time at the altar. So Kevin told him he needed to go home and renounce all his sins, occult & black magic practices, all his involvement in temples & mediums and charms including all his demonic covenants he had made with the devil & deities. Finally, at the last meeting, he courageously stepped forth and declared he had done so. The dragon spirit that had him hissing for 5 meetings came out of him. He was also delivered from many demons and curses.
